Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and service-driven Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support the leasing efforts at two high-end communities located in Redondo Beach and Rolling Hills. One of the properties is a newly constructed mixed-use lease-up, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of the launch and growth of a luxury residential brand. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments, delivers elevated service, and can balance leasing responsibilities across both sites with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Proactively responding to sales leads, promoting the community by addressing prospect needs and providing information on availability, pricing, location, and amenities.
  • Conducting prospect community tours, using effective sales techniques to meet closing ratio goals.
  • Supporting community marketing by offering thoughts and perspectives regarding online presence and advertising campaigns.
  • Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.
  • Ensuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Managing lease documents, including applications and lease files. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), some college preferred (NOT REQUIRED)
  • Direct sales and marketing experience, two years related or one year industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Additional Information

Properties: The Highlands (121 units)

Pay: $22 - $24 hourly

Schedule: Friday-Sunday (9am - 6pm) or Saturday - Monday (9am - 6pm)

Leasing bonus available
