CesiumAstro is looking for a Customer Engagement & Tradeshow Coordinator who thrives in a high growth environment and knows how to create unforgettable customer touchpoints—from the first handshake to the final follow-up. You’ll be the go-to person for planning and executing both internal and external events, managing trade show logistics end-to-end, ensuring flawless coordination across cross-functional teams, and delivering a premium, security-aware experience at every engagement. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Customer & Tradeshow Engagement
  • Evolve and elevate CesiumAstro’s tradeshow and customer engagement program—bringing fresh ideas, enhanced experiences, and strategic improvements that take our presence and impact to the next level.
  • Own and execute CesiumAstro’s presence at ~5 industry tradeshows and conferences annually.
  • Ensure all customer touchpoints—from booth experience to pre-arranged meetings—reflect brand excellence.
  • Manage tradeshow booth vendors, shipments, booth builds, and teardown logistics.
  • Oversee all tradeshow forms, deadlines, hotel blocks, badge requests, reservations, and shipping requirements.
  • Sponsorships & Memberships
  • Manage organizational sponsorships and memberships.
  • Maximize ROI by activating all available benefits (e.g., speaking opportunities, ad placements, receptions).
  • Coordinate and submit speaking engagement abstracts and applications with internal stakeholders.
  • Internal & External Events
  • Help to plan and manage internal customer meetings ensuring white-glove hospitality.
  • Partner with security and facilities and follow the proper processes.  
  • Ensure all event forms, approvals, and protocols are submitted on time.
  • Messaging & Brand Experience
  • Ensure all event messaging and visuals are tailored to each audience.
  • Collaborate with MarCom and BD teams on asset creation (e.g., signage, collateral, demo equipment)
  • Guarantee that product hardware is onsite and operational for demos
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Executive teams during events
  • Proactively anticipate team needs—scheduling meetings, managing agendas, and onsite logistics
  • Participate on the internal employee events committee
  • Foster fun and energizing moments for the team and customers throughout event experiences

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in events, customer engagement, or tradeshow logistics.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B tech, aerospace, or a high-growth startup preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing event budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with compliance best practices a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and professional—you get it done without drama.
