Overview:

Reporting to the SVP, Human Resources, the Total Rewards Specialist will play a critical role in supporting compensation and benefits programs at Celsius. This role will focus on administering and optimizing our bonus and equity structures, overseeing benefits operations, and supporting employee communications on total compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update bonus and equity issuance structures.
  • Manage all activities related to benefits, including open enrollment, annual negotiations, and carrier relationships.
  • Create and deliver presentations to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
  • Handle review and payment of benefit-related invoices.
  • Support employee inquiries and communications related to total compensation.
  • Administer and manage all Leaves of Absence (LOAs).
  • Manage file feeds between benefit carriers and systems (e.g., Fidelity).
  • Ensure bonuses are paid within 90 days of quarter-end.
  • Oversee merit increases and promotions to ensure timely, accurate implementation with no retroactive adjustments.
  • Maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with company objectives and industry benchmarks.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to support salary structure design and incentive program effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Support compensation planning, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and leveling.
  • Monitor trends and regulatory changes in compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting for total rewards-related metrics.
  • Provide strategic support for M&A activities and integration related to compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication across the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in total rewards; 8-10 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of RSUs and ESPP; ability to communicate details to employees.
  • Proficient in ADP Workforce Now (WFN); able to use the system efficiently and perform manual processes when required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; capable of navigating complex compensation conversations with professionalism and empathy.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
