Celigo is seeking a GTO Program Manager to support strategic, cross-functional projects across the Global Technology Organization (GTO) supported platforms. GTO includes IT Infrastructure, Business Systems, Data Services and AI Operations. This role will set and maintain the groundwork to build out and manage the Program Management Organization (PMO), to scale with Celigo. They will play a critical role ensuring that projects are on track and showcase results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the GTO department heads and other stakeholders with keeping projects on schedule, coordinating sprint reviews, following up with task owners and conducting post-project ROI analysis
  • Independently leading work streams, sprints or small projects, and contributing and/or providing support to larger programs
  • Consolidating results and presenting them to necessary stakeholders, including senior leaders, in a timely matter
  • Scheduling, leading, and documenting project updates
  • Design and maintain intake forms to capture the necessary project requirements to accurately triage, size, and prioritize incoming requests
  • Document action items and tenaciously follow up with stakeholders
  • Drive quarterly and annual GTO all-hands to highlight accomplishments and priorities across the department
  • Contributing to the development of standard project processes and tools across the entire GTO team (IT Infrastructure, Business Systems, Data Services & AI Operations)
  • Gatekeeper, SME, administrator for standard project management tools. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related
  • 7+ years of project management experience in professional services consulting, sales operations, or customer success for a SaaS platform
  • 3+ years of project experience managing GTM projects in the SaaS industry
  • Experience designing ROI templates and project intake forms
  • Cross-functional corporate project management experience 
  • Understanding of the SaaS subscription industry, related marketing, sales, and support processes
  • Advanced experience with project management platforms, i.e. Asana, SmartSheets or Jira
  • Strong scrum/agile & waterfall methodology experience
  • Good understanding of the standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Bias for action and the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround environment
  • Ability to manage a broad matrix of executive-level stakeholders (and down)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • PMP/PMI certification highly desired
  • Certified Scrum Master highly desired

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $125,000 and $145,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
