Key Responsibilities Include:

  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process HR documentation, and manage HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate orientations, prepare offer letters, and conduct exit interviews for Home Office employees
  • Employee Support: Serve as the go-to contact for HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures
  • Training & System Support: Provide training and guidance to facility HR Payroll Representatives on HRIS systems and company policies
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate screenings for both Home Office and facilities
  • Hiring Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
  • Benefits & Billing: Assist with benefits billing, reconciliation, and related reporting requirements
  • Data & Reporting: Collect and compile data for census surveys and other HR reports
  • Service Center Recruitment: Oversee recruiting and onboarding for Home Office employees, including background checks and orientation
  • Compliance Support: Assist with audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Employee Verifications: Handle wage verification, unemployment claims, tax notices, and workers' compensation inquiries
  • Job Descriptions & Leave Management: Help maintain job descriptions and support leave-related processes
  • System Access Support: Assist employees with password resets, training access, and system navigation

Requirements

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • A minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources Management experience, preferably with multi-site healthcare employer
  • Computer savvy (MS Word, MS Outlook & Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent critical thinking skills
  • All employees of Cascadia Healthcare are required to submit and be cleared to work per each state’s specific background check requirements
