Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Coach, lead, motivate and hold accountable sales executives to develop customer relations, increase market share and sales revenue
  • Forecast and create annual sales quotas for regions and territories to determine sales objectives
  • Oversee sales team recruitment and create training programs to train new and existing employees in the sales department
  • Analyze market trends and results to determine future planning
  • Manage all sales processes and pipelines
  • Hold weekly, monthly, and quarterly team and individual sales meetings
  • Manage Sales Training, Marketing and Business Development Departments
  • Maximize company tools including CRM to manage sales, prospecting and objective pipelines
  • Represent Cairn Partners at Industry events
  • Travel with Cairn Sales Executives
  • Manage sales and travel budgets for Partners, Marketing, Sales Training and Business Development

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years in B2B Sales Management
  • 3+ years in the funeral or insurance profession, a plus
  • Experience with Sandler Selling System, preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale a high-performing sales team
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling simultaneous projects
  • Managing with CRM data imperative
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to obtain an Insurance License
