We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary Events & Hospitality Lead to lead the planning, execution, and global strategy for all team-related events. This role is critical in shaping how the Cadillac Formula 1® Team brand is experienced by fans, partners, VIPs, and the global motorsport community. You will be responsible for delivering world-class activations at selected Grand Prix, orchestrating sponsor hospitality programs and fan experiences.

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of all Cadillac Formula 1® Team events.
  • Develop the team’s event strategy in alignment with brand and commercial goals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, commercial partnerships, communications, and race operations teams.
  • Manage third-party agencies, suppliers, and event production teams globally.
  • Ensure Cadillac’s luxury, innovation, and performance identity is reflected in every event touchpoint.
  • Own and manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting.
  • Deliver best-in-class experiences that exceed partner, guest, and team expectations.
  • Represent the Cadillac Formula 1® Team’s high standards in every interaction — from Monaco rooftops to Austin paddocks

What do you need to bring to the team?

  • 8+ years of experience in high-profile event management, ideally within global sports, automotive, Formula 1 or luxury brands.
  • Proven success in delivering complex, high-impact events across international markets.
  • Deep knowledge of Formula 1 or high-performance motorsport environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Passion for live experiences, innovation, and elevating brand engagement through immersive design and storytelling.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with international travel.
