Job Description:

C2 Labs is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Program Manager to oversee all aspects of contract performance for key initiatives. The Program Manager will provide executive leadership, liaise with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) leadership, and ensure strategic alignment across various workstreams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all contract performance, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements and project deliverables.
• Provide executive leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for CMS leadership, maintaining open and effective communication.
• Ensure strategic alignment across all workstreams, ensuring that projects contribute to overall program goals and objectives.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential issues that could impact project success.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• PMP or PMP-ACP certification required.
• Experience working with government clients, particularly CMS, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
