As a founding UI/UX designer, you’ll own and shape the visual identity and user experience of our entire product. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and ML teams to craft intuitive, elegant, and scalable interfaces that bring our AI-driven vision to life. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys autonomy, and is eager to influence product direction from the earliest stages.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead the design of user experiences from concept to launch, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals

- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions

- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across the product

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design goals with business objectives and technical constraints

- Advocate for user-centered design principles and help instill a design-thinking culture within the organization

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

- Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture

- Experience conducting user research and applying insights to drive design decisions

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders

Bonus Points:

- Experience in early-stage startups or as a founding designer

- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate collaboration with developers

- Experience designing AI-driven or data-intensive applications

- Contributions to open-source design projects or a strong personal design blog
