As a founding full-stack engineer, you’ll own significant parts of our platform from day one—crafting intuitive user experiences and robust backend systems. You’ll be instrumental in architecting and rapidly building features using Next.js, contributing directly to our core product. This is an ideal role for engineers who thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy building scalable, performant, and delightful user-centric applications.

What You’ll Do:

- Architect, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, and Node.js

- Develop scalable backend APIs and integrate them seamlessly with frontend components

- Collaborate closely with design, product, and ML teams to translate ideas into polished, user-friendly experiences

- Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and security across different devices and platforms

- Take ownership over technical architecture decisions and continuously improve our engineering practices

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience building full-stack applications, with proven expertise in Next.js and React

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and related web technologies

- Experience designing RESTful APIs, integrating with databases (SQL or NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, such as testing, continuous integration, and deployment

- Strong sense of user-centered design, usability, and UI/UX principles

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Bonus Points:

- Previous experience in early-stage startups or founding teams

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)

- Experience integrating ML-driven features or real-time data into consumer applications

- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio
