ABOUT THE POSITION
Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist role at BURGA is more than just a title- it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: you’ll focus on attracting and engaging people while ensuring a seamless and inspiring candidate journey. By leveraging your recruitment expertise, you’ll implement effective hiring strategies, collaborate on various initiatives and projects, and contribute to building a team that will drive BURGA’s continued growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Focus on working with the Manufacturing department
- Later on, you would also work with the Quality and Customer Support departments
- Build strong connections with hiring managers and other stakeholders to make our hiring process work well together
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process
- Be a mentor and a trusted partner for hiring managers
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and personalized approach
- Propose new ideas to elevate the hiring process
- Become an expert in utilizing our recruitment systems and channels
- Turn change into opportunity by refreshing and inventing our processes and procedures.
- Drive our annual Hiring project (bulk recruitment) efforts to support Black Friday operations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Ideally, around 1 year of experience working in recruitment
- Experience working with bulk hiring
- Proven experience in cold calling and sourcing on various databases
- Native-level proficiency in Lithuanian and good command of English
- Ability to stay composed and effective in high-pressure situations
- Sharp analytical mindset with a talent for solving complex challenges
SALARY: 1600- 1900 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
This role is based in Kaunas.
