Administrative Assistant – Trust & Estate Litigation Law Firm
Location: Sacramento area
Position Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

A well-established Sacramento-area law firm with a strong reputation in Trust and Estate Litigation is seeking a highly organized, professional Administrative Assistant to join them. With over a decade of success, this firm handles a full range of estate law services—from basic planning to high-stakes litigation. This is a confidential search for a team-oriented candidate ready to bring a high level of poise, communication, and efficiency to a busy legal environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office, excels at managing front-office responsibilities, and is passionate about delivering excellent client service.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the face and voice of the firm—ensuring smooth communication, polished client interactions, and well-run operations throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and visitors warmly, in person and by phone
- Directing inquiries and calls to the appropriate team members
- Scheduling consultations, meetings, and internal appointments
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail, packages, checks, and filings
- Coordinating conference rooms, calendars, and court filing logistics
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front office space
- Assisting attorneys and paralegals with administrative projects and client communications
- Indexing, scanning, and organizing both paper and digital case files
- Contributing to a collaborative, service-focused culture
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in a legal administrative or front-desk role in a professional office setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Professional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and cloud-based office systems
- A calm, positive demeanor under pressure and tight deadlines
- Team player mentality with initiative and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in trust & estate, probate, or civil litigation law is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Willingness to work occasional overtime, sometimes on short notice
- Availability to work in person, Monday through Friday
