As part of our growing International team, we are seeking a Senior Creative Strategist based in London. This full-time role will collaborate closely with the Head of Creative Strategy and London-based creative, account, and production teams, delivering transformative insights, compelling creative concepts, and strategic excellence.

The Senior Creative Strategist is a strategic and highly creative role responsible for transforming client challenges into insight-driven, channel-agnostic solutions. With Key KPIs of Client Acquisition, Client Service, and Executional & Creative Excellence, this role will play a vital part in developing and presenting impactful strategies that resonate across touch points. 

A hybrid thinker and doer, you will work across disciplines, integrating creativity, research, storytelling, and project management into every project. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, crafting strategies that inspire groundbreaking creative work while ensuring alignment with client goals.

What you will do…

Strategy Development

  • Develop insight-driven, BIG ideas that deliver against client briefs and drive awareness, engagement, earned attention, and sales.
  • Lead the creative strategy process, integrating diverse agency offerings into cohesive, impactful solutions.

Research & Insights

  • Use research to craft compelling narratives about consumers, categories, culture, and brands.
  • Synthesize research into actionable insights, uncovering human truths that form the foundation for creative concepts.

Storytelling & Concepting

  • Serve as a chief storyteller, crafting verbal and visual narratives that bring strategies to life.
  • Architect decks in Keynote, write consumer-facing copy, and collaborate with teams to refine integrated programs.
  • Develop strategies that balance innovative thinking with practical execution.

Copywriting Excellence

  • Write persuasive and compelling content, from strategy documents to creative pitches.
  • Edit and refine written materials to ensure clarity, creativity, and alignment with the overall strategy.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the London-based creative, account, and production teams to ensure alignment and integration across projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine ideas and execute deliverables with precision and creativity.

Client Partnership

  • Present strategies and concepts to clients, guiding them through the creative process with confidence and clarity.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with creativity and precision.

Project Management & Execution

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative priorities with logistical realities.
  • Maintain quality control across deliverables, ensuring all work is aligned with client and agency standards.

Cultural Insight

  • Stay abreast of category, social, and cultural trends, infusing fresh, cutting-edge ideas into your work.

You must have…

  • Experience: 5-10 years in a creative, strategic, or similar role within an agency setting.
  • Skills: Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Keynote is essential; ability to create decks quickly and flawlessly.
  • Mindset: A balance of creative ingenuity and business acumen, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Creativity: Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing tools, with a knack for thinking beyond the box.
  • Organization: Highly skilled at managing multiple projects, tight deadlines, and cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at taking direction and elevating ideas.
  • Cultural Awareness: A pulse on cultural trends and consumer behaviors, with the ability to translate these into actionable strategies.
