Job Description

Company Overview

At Zuora, we do Modern Business. We’re helping people subscribe to new ways of doing business that are better for people, companies and ultimately the planet. It’s an approach resulting from the shift to the Subscription Economy that puts customers first by building recurring relationships instead of one-time product sales and focuses on sustainable growth. Through our leading expertise and multi-product suite, we are transforming all industries and working with the world’s most innovative companies to monetize new business models, nurture subscriber relationships and optimize their digital experiences.

The Team & Role

Zuora’s demand generation team is at the center of our GTM strategy. We work cross-functionally with partners in product marketing, content, comms, brand, marketing operations, enablement, business development, field sales, and many other teams to create timely campaigns and programs that drive awareness, engagement, and interest in our Order-to-Cash solution.

We’ve been evolving our strategy to align to specific segments where we win, and we’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to execute programs and partner with the sales team in North America. In this role, you’ll drive the strategy for the North America field marketing team and partner with the Business Development function to bring our marketing programs to life for our target accounts.

You’ll plug into our ABM strategy and partner with Account Executives to drive engagement at their accounts through events like community happy hours, executive dinners, and webinars.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely and ensuring onsite event success and in person meetings in our office as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Marketing strategy and budget planning: You’ll develop a strategy to effectively meet North America and battleground objectives.
  • Field Marketing leadership: Operate as a player coach to lead the team and strategy in North America.
  • CXO Engagements: Plan and execute high-touch experiences and executive programs that build relationships with C-level decision-makers and accelerate enterprise sales cycles.
  • Install Base Programs: Develop and deploy marketing strategies to grow existing customer relationships, drive adoption, and generate expansion opportunities.
  • Regional Events & Trade Shows: Own end-to-end execution of key regional events—from strategy and vendor management to logistics and onsite execution—that elevate the Zuora brand and support field team goals.
  • Field Sales Alignment: Partner closely with sales leadership and account teams to understand regional priorities, identify opportunities, and ensure tight coordination across demand generation efforts.
  • Metrics & Optimization: Track and report performance across programs, using insights to continuously improve ROI and alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in field marketing or event marketing roles
  • Proven track record of planning and executing executive-level programs and industry events
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities; thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with sales teams and CRM tools like Salesforce

SaaS or enterprise software experience preferred

Why You'll Love Working at Zuora:
