Polish Speaking Consultant for IT Support & Cybersecurity Solutions Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for a Polish Speaking Consultant for our IT Support & Cybersecurity Solutions Department. In this role, you will assist our Polish-speaking clients by providing expert consultation and support related to IT and cybersecurity solutions. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will help clients effectively address their IT challenges while enhancing their cybersecurity measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client IT infrastructure and cybersecurity needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Offer expert recommendations for cybersecurity tools and software that align with client objectives.
• Assist clients with technical issues, troubleshooting, and operational support in a timely manner.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on the proper use of IT and cybersecurity solutions.
• Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to offer informed advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure streamlined service delivery and improved client satisfaction.

• Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with various cybersecurity technologies and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
