What you’ll do
The Bilingual HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the HR team with daily operations, employee relations, and communication across English and Spanish-speaking team members. This role ensures smooth HR processes while fostering a culture of inclusion and engagement. Candidates must be able to speak and write in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters in both English and Spanish.
- Support recruitment processes, providing verbal and written translation including posting jobs, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Assist with new hire orientations, ensuring materials are available in both languages.
- Translate and communicate HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
- Maintain accurate employee records in Paylocity and personnel files.
- Coordinate employee events, wellness activities, and training sessions.
- Partner with supervisors and line leaders to support employee engagement and resolution of issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or bilingual environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications That Move Us!
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive issues and exercise independent judgment and trust
- Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with employees and management
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office is desired
- Experience with human resources functions is preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
