ABOUT THE ROLE

HR Partner is acting as partner for the assigned client groups supporting to implement appropriate HR measures. The HR Partner support the right application of HR standards, policies and processes and advises leadership and associates

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Provides information to leaders so they can make the best decisions related to people, structure, compensation and performance. 
  • Support in assessing future needs for people, resources, skills, etc.
  • Instrumental in identifying and executing strategies related to future needs. 
  • Support in diagnosing gaps or needs in climate or style to promote a positive environment.
  • Deliver employee relations, staffing and organizational development services to an assigned site.
  • Support in recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection, and placement of qualified candidates.
  • Assist with administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements. 
  • Conduct ongoing information and training sessions to develop employees and provide support and problem resolution.  
  • Support investigations into claims of harassment or other company-guideline violations. 

 

    Qualifications

    WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

    • +5 years related experience.
    • Advanced English level.
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related discipline preferred.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, facilitation skills and presentation skills.
    • Facilitator & change leader.
    • Advocate for employees, customers, the business and shareholders.
    • Active role in facilitating discussions, decision-making and alignment.
    • Effective change management leadership (design, preparation, employee engagement, execution, communications).
    • Skilled in project management and able to take moderately complex projects and see them through completion.
    • Skilled in multitasking, organizing and prioritizing work.
