Marketing Designer
Job Description
About Us
Logistics is broken. Let’s fix it.
We are a team of engineers, product designers, and customer champions using AI-powered automation to transform the $9T global logistics industry. Our AI agents reason and act like humans, revolutionizing freight brokerage workflows to drive efficiency and profitability.
Our team has scaled billion-dollar companies, built delightful products, and powered billions in commerce. Now, we’re solving logistics’ toughest challenges with AI.
If you thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments and want to define how AI reshapes logistics, apply today.
Overview
We’re looking for a versatile, execution-focused Marketing Designer to lead the creation of high-impact visuals across digital, web, and sales channels. You’ll work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals that drive results—from performance ads to web pages to pitch decks.
This is not an art-only or brand-only design role. You’ll need to move fast, iterate based on real data, and own your projects from idea to implementation. You should be just as comfortable designing responsive landing pages in Webflow or Framer as you are creating sales enablement collateral and performance ads in Figma.
If you're a strong visual thinker who thrives in ambiguity, knows how to operate independently, and loves turning complexity into clarity, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Own the design of marketing assets including ad creatives, landing pages, pitch decks, sales collateral, and infographics.
Design and ship web experiences using tools like Framer, Webflow, or other no-code platforms.
Collaborate in Figma on everything from wireframes and prototypes to final designs and systems.
Produce performance ad creative optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic display.
Support the sales team with high-conversion decks, one-pagers, and trade show materials.
Manage and extend the brand system to ensure visual consistency while evolving our look and feel.
Balance brand quality and execution speed, producing MVPs quickly and refining based on performance.
Maintain design systems including typography, iconography, color palettes, and templates.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in a marketing or product design role, ideally in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment.
Deep expertise in Figma: wireframes, prototyping, responsive components, and collaboration workflows.
Proven experience designing and shipping web pages using Webflow, Framer, or similar no-code tools.
A portfolio that includes paid ad creative, landing pages, and sales enablement content.
Strong visual design skills, with a clear sense of layout, hierarchy, typography, and brand storytelling.
Able to self-prioritize, move fast, and operate in an environment with quick feedback loops and changing priorities.
Familiar with responsive design best practices and basic web accessibility principles.
This Role Isn’t a Fit If...
Your background is primarily illustration, fine art, or branding without experience in digital, UX, or marketing design.
You don’t use Figma daily or haven’t worked in shared, collaborative files.
You’ve never designed for the web or don’t know how to implement designs using no-code tools.
Bonus Points
Experience designing for AI, SaaS, or logistics tech.
Experience working directly with performance marketers or product teams.
Familiarity with basic analytics (e.g., how design impacts clickthroughs or conversions).
Motion design or video editing skills for short-form content.

About Augment
At Augment, we set out to create a fully autonomous AI platform that streamlines operations and reclaims the human element in logistics. Our founders recognized a pattern: talented professionals were stuck handling manual data entry, phone calls, and repetitive tasks, instead of focusing on high-impact problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
That insight became our mission—to free logistics professionals from busywork so they can focus on what truly drives business growth. Augment isn’t just about efficiency; it’s about transforming an entire industry by empowering teams with AI-driven solutions that make logistics smarter, faster, and more adaptive.
