The Virtual/Office Administrative Assistant role at Eagle Home Health is a versatile and dynamic opportunity for individuals seeking to be a part of a growing and innovative company in the healthcare industry. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. You will work closely with the management team, healthcare professionals, and other staff members to help streamline processes, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall success of Eagle Home Health.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for the management team

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and special events

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information and employee data

- Process payroll and manage employee benefits

- Assist with recruitment and onboarding for new hires

- Update and maintain office policies and procedures

- Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and ordering office supplies

- Collaborate with other team members to complete special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
