Overview:

Alpha Hire is partnering with a client to hire a dedicated Sr. Client Service Associate who is passionate about delivering top-tier service and ensuring a seamless client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys supporting both clients and internal advisory teams.

As a Sr. Client Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing solutions, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting advisors in their daily operations. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service & Communication

  • Respond to inbound client calls and emails, handling requests directly or directing them to the appropriate team member

  • Proactively resolve routine to complex client issues, leveraging internal resources as needed

  • Collaborate closely with Senior Relationship Managers, Financial Planners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests

  • Follow up on client meeting action items and maintain consistent communication

  • Track and document all client interactions and updates in CRM systems (e.g., Smartsheet)

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Oversee all aspects of the new client onboarding process, from documentation collection to client portal setup and welcome communication

  • Maintain strong ongoing client relationships by processing service requests, keeping documentation up to date, and ensuring IRS requirements (e.g., RMDs) are met

  • Coordinate with the Tax team as needed for RMD calculations and follow-through

  • Leverage multiple communication channels to maintain client engagement and satisfaction

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Prepare client reports, meeting materials, and other documentation

  • Maintain the contact management system with accurate and current client data

  • Assist in event planning and execution, including organizing team marketing events and maintaining marketing materials

  • Support and mentor junior client associates, contributing to team development and training initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a client service or client associate role

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software tools

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail with a client-first mindset

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to thrive in a collaborative team culture
