Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Customer Support Assistant to join our Houston-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to our clients, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems in a timely and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies

  • Assist in troubleshooting issues and escalating complex concerns to relevant departments

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback

  • Support the Customer Support Manager in executing daily operational tasks

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or administrative roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Professional demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional service
