What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

Supporting an assigned book of clients
Solving problems quickly and accurately
Handling walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and service tasks
Spotting cross-sell and upsell opportunities during everyday conversations
Using tech (like AgencyZoom and NowCerts) to track activity and stay organized
