Position Summary:

ADDMAN is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team. The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing growth-focused demand generation campaigns, with a strong emphasis on SEO and leading our email marketing program. This position requires a high degree of collaboration with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and plant leadership, to ensure a coordinated approach to growth marketing is achieved for our business. The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with the core Marketing team to align efforts and support overall marketing objectives for ADDMAN and its portfolio of brands.

Position Location:

This is not a remote position but can offer a hybrid schedule based out of any ADDMAN location: Fort Myers, FL; Glen Burnie, MD; Irvine, CA; Thousand Oaks, CA; Statesville, NC; Ontario, NY; Wright City, MO.

Requirements

ITAR REQUIREMENTS: 

This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person citizenship status.  

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Develop and execute growth-focused demand generation campaigns that align with the company’s commercial pursuits and business goals.
• Lead and optimize our email marketing program, ensuring effective segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Implement SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility and drive website traffic.
• Develop and produce technical content that resonates with our target audience, including video, web content, and more.
• Partner with the indirect channel and commercial team to support their outbound efforts, including developing sales tools and joint campaigns.
• Track and analyze campaign and marketing performance and make recommendations to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
• Provide support relative to field marketing activities such as tradeshows, virtual and in-person events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in various marketing capacities, preferably in the additive manufacturing industry.
• Expertise in growth marketing, SEO, and email marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to support marketing initiatives.
