Inside Sales Account Rep Analyst
Job Description
Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to analyze data and make actionable insights. This role requires a strategic thinker with a sales-driven mindset, the capacity to navigate complex client relationships effectively and is responsible for pitching and selling new ideas to grow revenue.
Inside Sales Account Representative
- Nurture a high volume of high-value active accounts to identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and retain existing clients by maximizing revenue potential
- Has end-to-end sales responsibility for portfolio on pipeline origination, pipeline progression, pipeline close, and post-close account management.
- May create customized pricing, quotes, and contracts using online applications
- Lead client management calls cultivating and maintaining a strong, positive relationship acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor by sharing campaign performance, provide optimization recommendations and pitch new campaigns to sell new ideas and drive incremental revenue
- Develop an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership
- Document all aspects of the sales cycle in a variety of CRMs and be able to use LinkedIn to identify potential targets
- Responsible for the development of materials needed for campaign/program
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year full-cycle sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
Strong interpersonal skills: with the ability to build and maintain positive business relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and generate actionable insights
Exceptional time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling
Prior experience with digital marketing or managing campaigns on various online ad platforms
Experience in technology and technology sales experience
Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
Bachelor's degree
Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications
Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes
Proven experience working in CRM systems such as Salesforce, and the ability to extract valuable sales, process, and technical insights from customer interactions
Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients and managing client relationships
Creative and sales-driven mindset; with a passion for driving results and exceeding expectations
This is a hybrid role going into our Atlanta, GA office in Buckhead.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
