Description
The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth communication between sales representatives, customers, and technicians. The position requires a high degree of detail orientation, precision, and technical expertise. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for setting up new accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction, and handling administrative tasks, including managing schedules and assigning jobs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Set up new customer accounts following agreements and established processes
- Oversee and maintain the Leadline process to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Assign and route jobs, ensuring all work is completed and accounted for accurately
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all tasks for the day are completed and processes are followed.
- Support sales representatives in administrative tasks and customer interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with softwares such as Dream and Evolve.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and business needs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with customer-facing roles with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
