Description

The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth communication between sales representatives, customers, and technicians. The position requires a high degree of detail orientation, precision, and technical expertise. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for setting up new accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction, and handling administrative tasks, including managing schedules and assigning jobs.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Set up new customer accounts following agreements and established processes
  • Oversee and maintain the Leadline process to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Assign and route jobs, ensuring all work is completed and accounted for accurately
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all tasks for the day are completed and processes are followed.
  • Support sales representatives in administrative tasks and customer interactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with softwares such as Dream and Evolve.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with customer-facing roles with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
