- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels and measure their effectiveness.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team by fostering a creative and productive work environment.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience.
- Leverage data analytics to gauge the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing services.
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies, integrating innovative approaches into marketing practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the trade's services.
- Marketing leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adept in digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and budget management.
- High level of creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
Driver's Responsibilities:
- Operates a company vehicle safely and efficiently, following pre-assigned daily routes.
- Assumes responsibility for basic vehicle maintenance, including tire condition, replacement, brake checks, and timely oil changes.
- Maintains strict adherence to all safety protocols and relevant driving regulations, reporting any work-related injuries immediately to designated supervisors.
- Complies with established company vehicle usage policies and upholds a clean driving record.
- Promptly reports any auto accidents to the Service Manager within one hour of occurrence.
- Maintains an active Texas driver's license and provides updated copies to Human Resources.
