SALARY: $157,400 - $216,480, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a lead testing developer to develop and manage automation and testing in place with help of standard industry practice CI/CD design and software / model testing. The ideal candidate would be fluent in modern Python and able to discuss package management, software/ model testing. As we are looking for an engineering lead, we would expect them to also be fluent in (but not focused on in this role) Python, GitHub actions or other CI tools and system Design.

Anheuser Busch- InBev is the world’s leading beer company. There are two main tech orgs, the US specific one and Global one have come together to build a project to automate and optimize their commercial planning and execution, prioritizing engineering expertise to build a more tech forward future for the company. This role’s responsibility will be to lead and maintain model testing, model automation and model end to end process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Model automation and Testing: As a team we try to automate the delivery process with proper testing and notification in proper places, for smoother and automated process.

  • Leverage TDD (Test-Driven Development): As a team, we prioritize code quality and taking the time to do things right, so we don’t have confusing bugs and late nights debugging ops. As such, we expect this person to practice TDD (but we aren’t strict about how its practiced) to cleanly express what interface they will support in test cases before implementing features.

  • Ability and Willingness to Upskill in Python: As most of the companies APIs are purely Python, the candidate may be expected to upskill to be a lead Python developer if needed in the future.

  • Team Leadership/Mentoring: Experience mentoring junior engineers, especially in upskilling Python developers within their own areas of expertise.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development.

  • Expertise in python, design, CI and git.

  • Knowledge of and willingness to upskill in Python.
