Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Personalization Team and help shape how over 11 million customers experience our platform. You’ll work in an agile, cross-functional setup, building features that make our services smarter and more tailored — all while helping modernize our tech stack.

You'll collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and other engineers to deliver scalable solutions using cutting-edge tools and technologies like Python, React, AWS, and Kubernetes.

🔧 Your Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver features for the Personalization Engine

  • Participate in architectural and technical discussions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Ensure code quality through testing and best practices

  • Support CI/CD and cloud deployment processes

  • Maintain and improve existing services

Qualifications

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of software development experience

  • Strong Python and React (or similar) skills

  • Fullstack mindset with clean code habits

  • Experience with TDD and CI/CD pipelines

  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment

  • Strong communication and team collaboration

💡 Bonus Points For

  • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform

  • OpenSearch or PostgreSQL knowledge

  • DevOps or infrastructure-as-code mindset

  • Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Kibana)
