This role is a high level Product Design Manager, must have Strong Product Thinking and strong Problem-thinker first and solver second. Shoudl be able to manage and oversee multiple teams and products. this is an onsite role in Charlotte, NC.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration : 6+ months

Product Design Manager (~5 to 10 years' experience)

• Thinking & Delivery Partner to Product Managers & Engineers
• Strong Product Thinking and strong Problem-thinker first and solver second
• Can manager and oversee multiple teams and products
• Team management experience
• Ability to manage up, across and down
• Can guide and coach 3 to 5 Product Designers
• Ability to roll-up the sleeves and dives in with Product/Design/Engineers for delivery as part of the job
• Experience in Complex Enterprise-level or SaaS Products is a must
  • (we will not accept any more portfolios that are mostly consumer web/app products)
