As we scale our B2B business, we are looking for an entrepreneurial B2B Growth Sales Executive to bring Workearly to HR, L&D, Marketing, and Sales decision-makers across Greece and beyond.

What You’ll Do

As a B2B Growth Sales Executive, your focus will be on generating new subscription revenue from mid-sized and large companies. You will be responsible for building a pipeline, delivering impactful presentations, and closing multi-seat training deals with organizations looking to invest in learning and development.

Your responsibilities will include:

●     Managing the full sales cycle from outreach to close

●     Identifying and engaging HR, Marketing, and Commercial decision-makers (e.g., HR Managers, L&D Heads, CMOs, Sales Directors)

●     Conducting product demos and tailored solution presentations

●     Customizing proposals and negotiating commercial terms

●     Meeting monthly and quarterly MRR targets

●     Representing Workearly at key events and business communities

●     Collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding

●     Gathering and sharing market insights to improve product and messaging

We’re looking for a candidate with:

●     2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in:

○     B2B services (insurance, telecom, consulting, etc.)

○     Retail or retail tech solutions

○     SaaS or tech platforms

●     A strong track record in outbound sales and new business development

●     Consultative sales approach with the ability to manage multiple buyer personas

●     Confidence in communicating with both HR and commercial leaders

●     Native-level Greek and fluent English

●     Strong organizational and time management skills

●     Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot
