We have recently launched an enhanced membership plan which is being extremely well received, this creates a major opportunity to accelerate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by bringing new and returning brands onto the platform.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a commercial leader to supercharge our brand acquisition engine; accelerating ARR by acquiring, reactivating and growing independent fashion, jewellery, homeware and lifestyle brands on our platform.
You will lead on sales strategy, process optimisation, team development and training, and funnel management, ensuring we optimise conversion at every stage and continuously test, learn and improve. You will also be responsible for building growth and referral partnerships to help further develop the sales pipeline.
You will target new brands, churned brands, and never-closed leads, while also building proactive outreach to new potential brands across our core markets worldwide. The addressable market is vast and this is a rare opportunity to scale a proven product in a receptive, fast-growing space.
Ideal Candidate
You’re a commercially minded sales leader with deep experience selling into fashion, lifestyle or creative SMEs — and you know how to balance rigour with scrappiness. You’ve built sales machines before, combining playbooks and processes with creative outreach that resonates. You’re confident in building and coaching a team, and are excited by the mission of helping independent brands thrive.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Sales Growth & Strategy
- Own the commercial strategy to drive ARR growth through brand membership sales and be accountable for achieving sales targets.
- Build targeted outreach campaigns across:
- New inbound and outbound leads.
- Win-back campaigns for churned/dormant brands.
- Re-engagement of historic leads that never closed.
- Proactive identification of new potential brands in priority markets.
- Develop new creative approaches to improve conversion, messaging and positioning.
- Sales Process & Funnel Optimisation
- Build and refine repeatable sales processes for scaling efficiently.
- Implement effective CRM usage, data tracking and performance reporting.
- Analyse funnel performance and market trends — drive continuous optimisation.
- Introduce relevant sales and training tools to help support growth.
- Develop Revenue Partnerships
- Identify and partner with mission-aligned business partners to help drive brand referrals
- Introduce relevant complementary services and opportunities for brands.
- Support in the development of acquisition pipeline initiatives, identifying new and exciting brands to join the platform
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach and grow a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear goals and KPIs aligned to ARR growth.
- Foster a culture of learning, accountability and excellence.
- Oversee the hiring of new sales team members across key markets.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Brand Partnerships, Marketing, Product and Leadership to ensure full alignment on messaging and product positioning.
- Feed market insights into the wider platform and business strategy.
- Reporting & Insights
- Build and deliver regular reporting dashboards to Leadership.
- Drive data-led forecasting, pipeline management and funnel health reporting.
- Proven experience scaling a sales function with ARR accountability — ideally in platform, marketplace, subscription, or SaaS environments.
- Experience building pipelines and selling into SME fashion and lifestyle companies.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, funnel optimisation, and CRM best practice (we use Hubspot).
- Strong track record of delivering measurable revenue growth.
- Analytical mindset — highly data-driven and comfortable with performance metrics.
- Creative sales thinker — able to bring fresh ideas to outreach, positioning and strategy.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge or passion for independent brands, creative industries, fashion, beauty, or design is a plus.
- Experience selling into apparel, accessories and lifestyle brands.
