WeTravel • Canada • Full-time
$60,000
per year

Job Description

Hi! 👋 I’m Leo, based in Brazil 🇧🇷, Sales Operations Manager here at WeTravel. I’m excited to find a Sales Operations Specialist who’s as passionate about process, data, and enablement as I am. In this role, you’ll partner closely with me to support our Sales and Lead Gen teams by making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and efficiently.

We’re building a lean, high-impact RevOps function, and I’m looking for someone who enjoys digging into workflows, solving operational challenges, and bringing structure to fast-moving teams. You’ll have a lot of ownership, plenty of support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one—no matter where you're working from.

How We Work

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our go-to-market engine. You’ll manage lead assignment workflows, improve CRM hygiene, and support reporting for stakeholders across Sales, Lead Gen, and Marketing.

We’re a remote-first team that values ownership, transparency, and iteration. Your work will directly influence how efficiently our sales team runs—from the moment a lead enters our system to when it’s handed off and closed. You’ll use tools like HubSpot, spreadsheets, automation platforms, and dashboards to build and maintain scalable processes.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves operational excellence and thrives in a startup-paced environment.

Why You Should or Shouldn’t Apply

You should apply if you:

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.

  • Are confident working with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).

  • Have experience managing lead flows, improving pipeline visibility, and maintaining data accuracy.

  • Are analytical and love solving problems with structure, logic, and precision.

  • Enjoy collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.

  • Communicate clearly and know how to guide others through process change.

  • Are proactive, adaptable, and excited to work in a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Bonus: Have advanced reporting and automation skills in HubSpot, Excel, and/or Google Sheets.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with lead scoring models and process automation tools.

  • Bonus: Passion for building systems that sales people love using.

You might not be the right fit if you:

  • Are uncomfortable working independently or in a fully remote setting.

  • Don’t enjoy using tools like HubSpot, Google Sheets, or reporting dashboards.

  • Have limited experience with lead management or sales process optimization.

  • Prefer static processes over iterative improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

On a Weekly Basis You Will Find Yourself

  • Managing lead assignment logic and workflows to ensure speed and accuracy.

  • Supporting sales teams with clean, organized, and up-to-date CRM data.

  • Creating and maintaining reporting dashboards for Sales, Lead Gen, and Leadership.

  • Identifying inefficiencies in current processes and proposing actionable improvements.

  • Collaborating with Sales Ops Manager and Sales/Marketing stakeholders to support pipeline health.

  • Supporting adoption of new tools and processes through documentation and enablement.

  • Running small RevOps projects and contributing to a scalable sales infrastructure.

Benefits

  • Fulltime - Fixed Term Contract (as International Contractor).

  • Generous "Time to Recharge" policy — enjoy unlimited paid time off to rest, recharge, and show up as your best self.

  • Amsterdam Program – visit us in Amsterdam (HQ) for 2-4 weeks every year, staying in one of our WeTravel apartments.

  • Work remotely for a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year.

  • Annual team off-site (often somewhere sunny 🌊).

  • Extensive paid family leave.

  • Three paid volunteer days per year — take time to give back to causes you care about, on us.

  • 2-week cross-functional onboarding program.

  • Cutting-edge equipment and tools to set you up for success. Coverage for certain work-from-home (WFH) equipment.

  • Cambly for colleagues for whom English is not their first language.

  • Join an international, travel-loving team with a passion for adventure and innovation.

Please note:

  • For this role, we can only consider candidates who have the full legal right to work in Argentina (citizenship or residency). Unfortunately, WeTravel is not able to offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
