As an Engineering Manager (m/f/d) – Mobile, your mission is to empower your team to build scalable, high-quality software and deliver it on time. You’ll lead with both technical and strategic vision, fostering a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and continuous improvement. By refining processes and team structures, you’ll enable engineers to thrive and deliver impactful solutions.

🤝 Your Skillset – What you bring to the table

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role

• Background in mobile development, ideally Android

• Skilled in agile delivery, project management, and team operations

• Ability to align technical strategy with business goals

• Hands-on with modern dev tools, CI/CD, and developer workflows

• Passion for mentoring and coaching in fast-paced environments

• Experience collaborating with Product, Data, and cross-functional teams

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) to effectively engage with our teams
