Role Overview
In this role, you will not only assist the Product Manager in collecting and organizing customer requirements, but also take responsibility for managing product operations and promotional activities. This includes coordinating cross-functional efforts during product rollout, driving internal communication, and supporting go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product adoption.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to collect, organize, and prioritize customer requirements
- Respond to client inquiries regarding product functionality, performance
- Track product usage issues from clients, and help triage with engineering and support teams
- Maintain and update product documentation, FAQs, and user guides
- Plan and execute product promotion and onboarding strategies
- Identify patterns or pain points from data to support product iterations and prioritization
- Work closely with the Product Manager to generate actionable insights and propose data-driven enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- A strong understanding of digital products, API-based systems, or B2B SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly learn complex systems, understand technical documentation, and adapt to evolving product requirements
- Basic to intermediate data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret product usage metrics and extract actionable insights
- Proficient in English for daily communication and writing
