Finance Transformation Senior Manager

Role Summary

As a Finance Transformation Senior Manager in the CFO Office team, you will be responsible for leading high-impact transformation programmes across all stages – from strategy and operating model design to solution architecture and implementation – working with clients to re-imagine and digitise their finance functions. This is a client-facing role in a dynamic, growing firm where you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership and drive impact. 

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and their leadership teams.  

• Oversee delivery of high-impact finance transformation programs including process, data and  technology workstreams. 

• Shape future-state finance operating models for finance, including process design, team structures and service delivery models including Managed Services.  

• Lead redesign of core processes such as R2R, P2P, O2C and FP&A. 

• Collaborate with technology specialists to select and implement cloud-based ERP/EPM, intelligent automation, data platforms and analytics.   

• Oversee integration of technology solutions into client’s eco-system.  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, facilitating executive  

• workshops and steering committee updates.  

• Lead, coach and develop high performing teams. 

• Lead go-to-market activities including proposals, building client relationships, and contributing to account growth.  

• Stay ahead of finance trends such as digital finance, advanced analytics, automation, and ESG reporting.  

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance transformation including 4+ years in a consulting or advisory environment. 

• Proven track record in client delivery and business development. 

• Track record of delivering high-impact tech-enabled Finance Transformation programmes.  

• Proven ability to work with a lead cross-functional teams including technology, data and change specialists. 

• Experience implementing ERP, EPM, analytics tools and automation platforms. 

• Strong experience in process re-engineering and operating model design.  

• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and lead cross-functional teams. 

• Finance/Accounting qualification including ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA
