Job Description
This hybrid position (3 days in-office; 2 days remote) offers excellent growth opportunities in a collaborative environment with supportive and knowledgeable team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various paid media channels (including Display, Google products, Paid Social, CTV, and Programmatic, etc.) while managing budgets effectively.
- Support the execution of media plans across multiple platforms, overseeing audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking to drive campaign success.
- Participate in client meetings as necessary to review strategies and reporting.
Skills and Qualifications required:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in digital campaign setup, management, and optimization, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Snap Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and other data tracking and visualization tools and methods to assess and improve ROI of campaigns and provide timely reporting.
- Manage multiple client and internal projects in a fast-paced agency environment, ensuring organization, efficiency, and high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to analyze, report and present data in a clear and insightful manner.
- Must be able to successfully manage digital campaign execution and optimization for multiple clients, meet tight deadlines and balance multiple and ongoing projects concurrently
- Should be up to date with latest digital trends, best practices and ad platforms.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and respond to client needs.
- Certifications (Google, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) and experience with Google Tag Manager a plus.
- Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google professional applications (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Experience with any traditional media a plus (but not required)
- Higher Ed marketing or Ad Agency experience a plus (but not required)
