Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of all retail locations and warehouses.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality control processes.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of operations personnel while fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Analyze operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to optimize inventory management.
  • Monitor industry trends and innovations to keep the company competitive in the gourmet retail market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the retail industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and implementing process improvements.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
