🌟 Join Our Team as a Membership Executive – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract with the Potential to Become Permanent 🌟

We want to drive and develop partnerships to deliver unique and exclusive events and experiences for our corporate clients and concierge members globally.  We want this part of our service to be commercially driving revenue across the business.  

Ten’s Global Marketing team is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Membership Executive  to support our private membership sales and member onboarding efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury lifestyle services and keen to develop their career in B2C sales and member engagement. The role reports to the Membership Sales Director, and will contribute to key sales initiatives, engage HNW and UHNW individuals, and help shape the first impression of Ten. 

The Membership Executive will collaborate with Ten’s most senior Lifestyle Managers, Team Managers and Service Delivery Directors, and gain a list of highly useful and transferable skills within B2C sales and customer service.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to new people, is curious about the world of high-net-worth individuals, and wants to grow their understanding of luxury services.

  • Enjoy being part of a supportive team, but and can also taketakes ownership of individual tasks 
  • Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and are keen to pick up new tools like Canva and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or SalesforceZoho) 
  • Are adaptable and willing to roll with changes in a fast-paced, growing business 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Sales: Support lead generation through research, outreach, and campaign support; assist with client onboarding 
  • Customer Engagement and Retention: Assist in nurturing early relationships, set up meetings, help prepare member communications and support with proposals  
  • Product and Proposition Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our service, proposition and effectively communicating its features, benefits, and value to prospective members. 
  • Sales Process Management: Learn and support sales process stages; maintain CRM accuracy; and a ensure a positive experience for prospective members  
  • Target Achievement: Contribute to team targets; own smaller metrics (e.g., outreach volume, qualified leads generated, interactions (including calls and emails) handled) 
  • Market Research: Assist in researching market trends, competitive offerings, and partnership opportunities 
  • Collaboration: Support cross-team initiatives, attend relevant meetings, and provide logistical/admin support

As a Membership Executive you will be expected to role model Ten’s Standards and the behaviors associated with our values: Member Focused, Trustworthy, and Pioneering. This means approaching your work every day with a positive, solution-oriented, and supportive attitude, and setting ambitious standards for yourself.  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • 1-2 years Experience in a sales support, client services, membership services, or administrative role
  • Genuine interest in the luxury services, events, or hospitality industry, with an eagerness to engage high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to build rapport quickly and represent the brand with confidence
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, with a willingness to take initiative and get involved in a variety of tasks
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and follow through reliably
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive team environment, yet able to take ownership of individual responsibilities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); willingness to learn tools such as Canva, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), and email campaign tools
  • Interest in lead generation, sales campaigns, and client onboarding processes
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality experiences and building long-term member relationships
