Vendor Marketing Specialist

About the Role
As a Vendor Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns for assigned vendor accounts. You’ll manage budgets, ensure timely execution of marketing activities, and serve as a key liaison between vendors and internal teams. Your focus will be on driving measurable results through strategic campaign planning, Marketing Development Fund (MDF) management, and ROI reporting. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Occasional travel (up to 15%) may be required.
What You'll Do
Campaign & Project Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns aligned with vendor goals.
Manage projects through workflow systems, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance marketing operations.
Budget & Fund Management
Oversee MDF budgets and claims, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Track and report on fund utilization and campaign effectiveness.
Communication & Reporting
Develop and deliver marketing communications in collaboration with internal teams.
Analyze campaign performance and present ROI metrics and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
Support cross-functional collaboration and vendor relationship management.
Perform other duties as assigned and maintain punctuality standards.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Education
1–3 years of relevant marketing or business experience.
Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing or Business preferred.
Project Management certification or coursework is a plus.
Skills & Abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in data entry, basic math, and intermediate-level computer applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Analytical thinker with a focus on ROI and continuous improvement.
High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Work Environment
Based in a professional office setting (Clearwater corporate office or reseller location).
Some travel required (up to 15%).
