A health technology company focused on medical devices, diagnosis, treatment and home care.

  • Develop employer branding strategies aligned with global brand guidelines and tailored to the South Korea market.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement campaigns, internal communications, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Create compelling content to showcase the employee experience and company values.
  • Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Marketing teams to amplify talent brand messages across channels.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics, continuously optimizing for effectiveness.
  • Support recruitment marketing efforts and other events when needed.


  • 4-5 years of experience in employer brandinginternal communicationsmarketing, or HR communications.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills in English and Korean.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the talent landscape and work culture in South Korea.
