- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- 1-2+ years of project coordination experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Skilled in coordinating QA and feedback processes across teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle is a plus.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate tasks, resources, and team meetings to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and team members.
- Review deliverables to uphold quality standards.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation.
- Support production and manage content deployment requests efficiently.

- 100% remote and flexible modality. Your schedule will typically be from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday to allow overlap with our US clients. On Fridays, you can connect early (8:00 a.m.) and disconnect early (5:00 p.m.)!
