Job Description: ServiceNow Solutions Architect - Part time
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions within the ServiceNow framework or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms.
Design and implement scalable, flexible, and maintainable solutions, including leading proofs of concept for new implementations.
Build integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using iPaaS (e.g., MuleSoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, including collaboration with ServiceNow support and other technical teams to resolve critical issues and ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes.
Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to ServiceNow solutions (e.g., IRM, HRSC, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, and more).
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of recent experience in solution architecture, with a focus on ServiceNow, including extensive experience in two or more ServiceNow modules (e.g., LSD, WSD, ITAM/ITOM, HRSC, IRM, CSM).
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) and one or more CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certifications required; CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect) strongly preferred.
Experience supporting business solutions hosted on ServiceNow from a developer or administrator perspective, including managing upgrades, integrations, and operational support challenges.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s practical application to industry solutions and the interconnectedness between modules and core data.
Proven familiarity with ServiceNow and other technology platforms commonly used to support core business functions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
