R2Net is a diamond bridal jewelry company with a technology soul. R2Net Inc. is an innovative technology company that provides e-commerce and supply chain platforms to connect the entire span of the diamond industry’s ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers and consumers.

We are seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving organic traffic growth and revenue across two industry-leading luxury jewelry websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO and will be passionate about using data and best practices to continuously improve search visibility and user experience.
  • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to each brand’s goals and audience. 

  • Identify keyword opportunities aligned with high-intent search behavior and brand positioning. 

  • Track and report on KPIs including organic sessions, rankings, conversions, and revenue. 

  • Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, site architecture, speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, canonicalization, etc. 

  • Collaborate with developers and tech teams to implement technical SEO recommendations. 

  • Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headers, image alt attributes, internal linking, and URL structures. 

  • Ensure SEO best practices are applied across all page types including product, category, and content pages. 

  • Provide keyword and topic research to guide new content creation and support content refreshes. 

  • Collaborate with copywriters and content teams to align content with SEO objectives and brand tone. 

  • Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to monitor SEO performance. 

  • Analyze competitor SEO tactics and identify opportunities for improvement. 

  • Conduct site audits to look for areas of opportunity 

  • Work closely with web development, UX, creative, and merchandising teams to ensure SEO is baked into site experiences. 

  • Partner with analytics and digital marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives.
