We are growing quickly, and an opportunity has developed on our internal operations team for an IT Manager. As our IT Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day IT support, internal system administration, onboarding/offboarding processes, and desktop troubleshooting for our globally distributed team. The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, tech-savvy, and has strong communication skills with a helpful, people-first attitude.

  • Monitor and maintain internal systems such as the VPN
  • Administer and manage internal system tools, including LastPass, Google Workspace, and our endpoint security software
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes, including device setup and account provisioning
  • Troubleshoot account access and device issues; respond to support requests from staff
  • Maintain IT documentation and assist with asset tracking
  • Support SOC2 evidencing and help ensure security protocols are followed
  • Participate in IT-related projects and rollout tasks

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Russian/Ukrainian is a plus)
  • Strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and basic IT documentation

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, SaaS tools, VPNs, and remote troubleshooting
  • Understanding of Windows/macOS environments and basic networking concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
