Assist in designing user interfaces and web pages to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across various browsers and devices.Role and Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:
Assist in designing user interfaces and web pages to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across various browsers and devices. Support the Customer Care group across a variety of design needs, including end-to-end, small feature-level designs, or general consultation on UX or aesthetics. Contribute to creating user flows and design assets, and clearly communicate design concepts through documentation and presentations. Address design needs for different clients and media types for Customer Care. Facilitate effective communication of design ideas and solutions during reviews and handoffs to developers. Clearly communicating outputs and design thinking, using data as needed, to an array of audiences and in an array of forums, including internal design reviews, and handoffs to developers. Uphold style and branding consistency to support Customer Care objectives. Additionally, assist with integrating feedback from team members and stakeholders into design iterations, aid in creating documentation and specifications for development teams, and validate design decisions. Participate in concepting exercises as needed in the Customer Care group objective.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Web Design & New Media, Digital Arts, or a related field and two (2) years of experience as a Designer II, Visual Communication Design or related occupation working in a design environment. The 2 years of experience must include: 1. Understanding of design cycle: design, iteration, and validation; 2. Experience with designing forms to minimize friction and enhance usability; 3. Experience with customer experience (CX) user flows and creating outputs ready for development; 4. A portfolio showcasing examples of user experience and visual design work, including CX journeys; and 5. Experience using UX/UI tools including Jira, Adobe Creative Suite and XD.
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week. Salary Range: $134,500/year to $202,000/year
