About the role:
As a Manager, Recruiting Operations, you will lead and supervise a team of recruiting coordinators while actively participating in the recruitment and hiring processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruiting operations by overseeing coordination tasks, providing guidance to coordinators, and maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Mexico. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

In this role, you will:
- Supervision and Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a recruiting coordinator team, guiding best practices and ensuring their professional development. Manage workload distribution and work scheduling. Support the RC Manager in team performance evaluations.
- Recruitment Coordination: Oversee the coordination of the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interview scheduling (including executive recruitment), candidate communication, and onboarding support. Act as a point of escalation for complex or critical coordination tasks. Coordinate for confidential/high-touch candidates.
- Internal Mobility Program: Manage and administer the internal mobility program, facilitating internal transfers and promotions.
- Contractor Management Program and Vendor Management: Oversee the Contractor Management Program, including vendor relationships and compliance.
- Recruiting Operations: This organization owns job opening audits and assignments in partnership with hiring managers, recruiters, and other recruiting coordinators.
- Data Analysis and Problem Solving: View and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Define problem statements and develop potential solutions based on data analysis.
- Team Workflow and Efficiency: Streamline and optimize recruitment coordination processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism within the team to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience. Address candidate concerns or issues that may arise during the recruitment process.
- Data Management and Reporting: Oversee data entry and maintenance of applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment software. Generate reports and metrics to assess recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team members to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals. Serve as a communication bridge between the coordination team and other stakeholders.
- Compliance: Support adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring processes. Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Help develop and deliver training programs and resources to enhance the coordination team's skills and knowledge. Keep the team updated on best practices and industry trends.

- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- 3+ years experience in recruitment coordination or related roles, with a proven track record of progressively increasing responsibility.
- 1+ year managing a team.
- Experience with the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify problem statements, and propose solutions.
An ideal candidate also has:
- Experience managing internal mobility programs and/or contractor management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
