    Job Description

    RESPEC is seeking a flexible, experienced Contractor Digital Product Designer specializing in UX/UI design. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive, effective digital experiences. This opportunity is ideal for design generalists with strengths in UX, UI, product strategy, and visual design who thrive in dynamic, multi-project environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with users, product owners, business analysts, and developers to deliver impactful design solutions.
    • Independently manage project schedules within a dynamic, multi-project environment.
    • Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
    • Lead complex client engagements and confidently drive the design process.
    • Streamline user workflows and enhance visual elements to positively influence user interaction.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of professional experience in Digital Product Design.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI strategy, research, and visual design.
    • Proven ability in creating detailed wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
    • Solid grasp of product strategy, user research, information architecture, and UX best practices.
    • Experience collaborating effectively with development teams.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with complex financial systems and accounting workflows.
