Repligen Corporation is a global life sciences company focused on innovation and excellence in bioprocessing technology. As we continue to expand our IT infrastructure to support a rapidly growing organization, we are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a candidate with specialized expertise in Windows 11 image deployment using Kace or Microsoft AutoPilot. In addition to deployment, the role involves managing log ingestion into our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system, supporting Service Desk functions, and providing on-site technical assistance. This is a hands-on, travel-intensive role requiring a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Windows 11 images using Kace and Microsoft AutoPilot.
• Ensure efficient and accurate imaging processes for new and existing systems.
• Monitor and manage log files to ensure they are correctly ingested into the SIEM.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to maintain compliance and security standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for image deployment-related issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for imaging procedures and log management processes.
• Conduct regular reviews of the imaging and log management systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle escalations from our service desk technicians for all US locations, ensuring timely IT issue resolution and operational efficiency.
• Resolving advanced end-user issues
• Travel to Massachusetts locations as needed to provide on-site support and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in Windows 11 image deployment using Kace and Microsoft AutoPilot.
• Experience with log management and SIEM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with IT security protocols and practices.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).
• Experience with other imaging tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and security.
• Experience with Service Desk (e.g., ServiceNow Platform)

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $110,383-145,055. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
