About the Team:

The Alliance Partner team manages relationships with some of the largest technology and financial services providers in the world. These partnerships are high-profile, multi-layered, and fast-moving. Your work will directly impact how we grow, retain, and deliver value to key partners—giving you exposure to enterprise-level strategy while building a strong foundation in sales operations, partner enablement, and cross-functional execution.

About the Job:

This position plays a vital behind-the-scenes role—helping our National and Strategic Account Managers drive success with large enterprise partners by managing Salesforce projects, operational follow-through, contract administration, data analysis, and account coordination.

This is not a direct selling role, but it’s ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys cross-functional work, and wants exposure to major partnerships across the financial services ecosystem. However, it will carry a quota and be commissions eligible.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Supporting day-to-day account execution for Strategic and National Account Managers on the Financial Services Alliance team.
  • Managing Salesforce projects, including contract tracking, account structure updates, reporting dashboards, and partner-specific documentation.
  • Coordinating contract renewals, pricing reviews, and billing escalations, working with legal, finance, and internal operations.
  • Preparing client-facing materials such as product usage reports, meeting briefs, and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks.
  • Collaborating with teams across sales, support, implementation, legal, and billing to keep strategic accounts on track.
  • Coordinating with customers to ensure smooth execution of sales operations and back-office processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account coordination, sales operations, or client support—ideally supporting complex or enterprise accounts.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including experience with opportunity tracking, custom views, reporting, and activity management.
  • Strong organizational skills and a knack for spotting what’s needed before others do.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams while partnering closely with 2–3 account managers.
  • A team-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
