About the role:
Are you excited about building secure and scalable integrations from scratch? In this role, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking IT team, helping us create efficient and future-proof Workday integrations that drive real business value. You'll enjoy the unique opportunity to shape how Workday is integrated across departments in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.

About your tasks:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient integrations using modern Workday tools.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into integration designs.
• Monitor and maintain integration performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Document thoroughly, including configuration, specs, test logs, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance and data integrity by configuring integration access and security controls.

About you:

• 3–8 years of Workday integration experience, particularly within HCM.
• Proficiency in Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and other data transformation formats.
• Familiarity with Workday security framework and GDPR/data privacy standards.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
